DAY 1, AUGUST 12: PRE-PLANNING PHASE

We'll kick things off by discussing how to maximize father-child bonding through backpacking, and how to get buy-in, engagement, and investment from your kids. We’ll also teach you about mindset and pre-trip fitness for you and your family.
